The XL Flooring team has over 20 years of experience in the flooring industry. When you visit our premier flooring showroom, our general manager, Dennis, will personally guide you through every aspect of your floor remodeling experience. A previous installer himself, Dennis knows how to evaluate any flooring project and determine the best flooring product for you. Once you've completed your design consultation at our showroom, we will personally visit your home to take exact measurements of your space, confirm you have the proper subfloor or underlayment needed for your selection, and schedule your installation date. From start to finish, we promise to deliver expert knowledge and attention to detail.

Meet Dennis Swinford, XL Flooring General Manager
Before being named the general manager of XL Flooring in February 2022, Dennis was a union certified floor layer for 20 years. He went through the 4-year St. Louis Floorlayers apprentice program before becoming a journeymen flooring installer. Dennis exemplifies a customer driven attitude and always provides exceptional customer service to our XL Flooring clients. When he is not helping others achieve their dream home, he loves to spend time outdoors watching his two children play softball.
